Introduction: To develop as a leader, one must engage in dynamic self-thinking, the ability to perceive and evaluate our cognitive, emotional, and behavioral processes, and to analyze the causes of their occurrence. With the help of my INTJ MBTI profile, I will examine my leadership style in this task. I will also study the transformative power of two important tools: the SCARF model and the principles of nonviolent communication (NVC). Reflection on Leadership Style as an INTJ As an INTJ, I have a critical, logical, and visionary leadership role, my method is based on independence, strategic thinking, and focus on long-term goals. Compassionate communication is made possible through the integration of NVC, which builds relationships and trust between team members and the leader and thus achieves the desired goals and ideal environment. Impact of the SCARF Model on Leadership Perspective The SCARF model can help you reduce perceived risks and improve the happy emotions caused by rewards when collaborating with others. My leadership perspective has undergone a significant transformation due to the transformative power of the SCARF paradigm. In-depth knowledge of social requirements is provided by this model, which explores five important areas of human social experience: Status, Certainty, Autonomy, Relatedness, and Fairness.
