In the beginning of the film there is a lot of suspenseful and ominous audio. A person watching the film could hear roar of the thunder, loud rain, and vivid lightning. In “The Monkey’s Paw” whenever the paw was mentioned you would hear suspenseful music warning you of what was to come next.
