John Fitzgerald Kennedy (JFK) was born on May 29, 1917 in Massachusetts. He was the son of Joseph P. Kennedy and Rose Fitzgerald. JFK was given his grandfather's name. John F. Kennedy was the thirty-fifth president of the United States. He was the first US President born in the twentieth century. He served for three years starting in 1961 until 1963, when he was assassinated. As a kid, John wasn't healthy He suffered from h chickenpox, measles and a terrible cough and he almost died from Scarlet fever when he was three.
John F. Kennedy gave the appearance to be a man in excellent health, but looks can be deceiving. Ever since he was a child he had allot of life threatening issues with his health, he was given many medications to treat these illnesses which he became addicted to. JFK overcame his illnesses by just not letting it control his life, he owned them and did not let those sicknesses stop him from having fun and enjoying what life has to offer. Another issue that JFK had is his addiction to the drugs he
