For example, ".. some drunk relative inevitably pushed Oscar onto some little girl and then everyone would howl as boh and girl approximated the hip-motism of the adults." ( Diaz 12). This quote shows how at a young age Oscar was introduced to his masculine privilege as he is pushed towards a girl and was howled
