Could you survive a day without water or food,say no,but there was one explorer named Cabeza de Vaca who survived through those harsh conditions. Cabeza De Vaca was a 37 year old commander on the mission of Panfilo de Narvaez.Their main ambition was to conquer areas between florida and mexico.They were very determined to do this,but when they reached the area of the gulf of mexico there was a hurricane that blew them out.Though luckily Cabeza survived and reached the shore.The main reason(s)I think he survived was communication with the native Americans,food and water,as well as gaining trust.
