You hear this terrible news as you are stepping into your backyard to toss some garbage. You hear a terribly loud noise coming from your neighbor's’ garage. It sounds like a trumpet sound and the stomping noise of an elephant. You immediately call the police who come out to speak to your neighbor. The neighbor, Mr. Dilbert refuses to allow the police to search his garage. The police officers go to a magistrate judge and swear that they heard a loud noise coming from the garage sounding like a very large animal.
