Afterward researching curriculum and culturally responsive pedagogy, I have experienced that in 21st century visual culture has growing really fast. And we seeing the multi-faceted approach to understand how multi-culture students who is construction of gender, identity, social class, and other meanings and values. In today’s classroom we see 95 percent of our students are color and English Language learners, these are the struggling with learning English and communicated in class. Therefore, as a teacher we have to create the lessons that are culturally responsive pedagogy, and make sure every lower level of students will be uncover. In cultural responsive classroom management is to make sure all students are treated equally not because of their race and ethnicity. And recognize their biases and values to give my students positive role model regardless of their background, treat them with love and kindness. And I will make sure to reflect on their expectations for behavior and interactions with students in class as well as what learning looks like to give equitable opportunities for all students. Therefore, in my classroom I will make sure students are correlates to their level of comfort. If a students feel comfortable, safe, and acceptable by the classroom, they are less likely to productively precipitate in class. I will introduce my classroom management’s rules in the first day of school so that students understand the rules throughout the academic learning experience. My classroom rules will be, not tolerating the disrespectful behavior, listening to other students when they speak, use appropriate language, valuing other opinions, keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself, and trying to learn something new from other students’ cultural background. And ways the classroom environment can be used to communicate respect for each other diversity, and to avoid disrespecting to the students. The strategies for organizing my classroom with physical environment and to understand each other cultural I will have project and involves everyone in class. First, student students take picture of themselves and write two three important facts about their cultural that describe who they are. Second, in world map students will highlight their countries of origin. Third, allow students to speck their native language if they need to. Finally, arrange desks in clusters and allow students to share in peers about their cultural, in the end students will share one thing they learn about their pair and share to the whole class. Also, I will display books that promote themes of different cultural diversity. And if students want to learn more about other culture they read books from the classroom
