Anorexia deals with starving yourself and Bulimia is binge eating then forcing yourself to regurgitate it after. The problem here is that most celebrities suffer from these disorders themselves. For example, Kendall Jenner was recently slammed for becoming even more skinnier than she already is due to her own eating disorder. Considering the rise in disorders all around the world, this research paper will explore two questions:

Eating disorders do not necessarily seclude to AN or BN but also over-eating without binge. Men are more inclined to overeat out of stress and anxiety, while women either don’t eat or binge it back up. In Atlanta, a study conducted by the American Psychiatric Association, showed men had almost 20% more depression along with eating disorders. Statistics vary all over the world; therefore, it is not fair to assume the same in one area is the same everywhere else. A true survey includes the population as a whole. This issue should be addressed by how often it appears throughout the world versus which gender specifically it applies
