It is important to know who you are, your strengths, passions, values and motivations so that you can take the easiest path to wherever you are going. We all want to be satisfied in our work, study and personal lives and this is the place to start. Considering what are your strengths and where you need to grow and learn. What helps you keep going when the going gets tough, where are your boundaries? What gives you the most joy and excitement, or makes you the most uncomfortable or angry? The answers to these questions can help you to achieve 'success' - whatever being 'successful' means to you!
A good place to start is a self evaluation. It will look at how you rate yourself in certain areas and might give you a few surprises
