In a setting it should provide a safe, stable and secure environment. To do this the indoor provision should be child proof and hard for the public to gain access to the provision. To do this all the practitioners should be DBS checked and they should also know where all of their key children are. In the outdoor provision all gates and doors should be secure so the children can’t get out and no strangers can get in. also all the areas need to have a risk assessment. For a child to be stimulates both the indoor and outdoor provision needs to have age appropriate toys. The indoor provision can have colourful displays and a birthday board. This is welcoming and makes they child feel apart of the setting by haring their name or work on a display boards. Outside can have colourful floor print and other activities so they child always has something to do.
The child’s confidents and independents can be affected by the environment. One way to help build up a child’s confidents and independents is through group activities in the outdoor provision. This gets the child involved and feeling good about themselves. Another way
