To Best Help Our Community The Flower Mound Police Association (FMPA) and the Flower Mound Fire Department Honor Guard (FMFDHG) seem to aim to help both their members and to connect their departments to with the community. Although both FMPA and FMFDHG do good they take different roles in the community. I am more partial to the FMPA because it seems to benefit the community the most. The FMFDHG is another great organization, but it focuses more on the members which is not a bad thing at all but I would like to focus more on building up and bringing together both community and the departments. The Flower Mound Police Association is a non-profit organization that was founded on August 16, 1988 for the purpose of creating better working conditions …show more content…
