There are numerous websites out there in cyberspace that feature listings for houses and even commercial properties for sale or rent, but knowing which sights and listings you can trust can be tricky. When you work with a licensed real estate agent, he or she will only show you legitimate listings. His or her reputation is on the line, and he or she wouldn’t risk it by showing a listing from an owner that wasn’t legit.
