Freddie Gray, 25, died from police brutality with severe neck injuries. Being shackled and handcuffed in the back of a police van how could he harm himself in the neck? He obviously did not and the six Baltimore police officers did. Marilyn J. Mosby, Baltimore State attorney, charged the officers with a range of charges such as 2nd degree murder, manslaughter, and misconduct in office.
