6/8 Dimensions of Health

There are six dimensions of health these being, physical, social, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and occupational. You need to maintain a balance of these dimensions to live a healthy happy life. I for example believe I’m lacking in physical but I personally feel I’m living the other five balanced. I believe I lack physical health for a few reasons. First off my diet isn’t good I personally eat too many sugars and fats, and I don’t practice or know too many safety precautions in case of self emergencies, Finally I don’t get enough exercise. I don’t exercise enough causing me to be unhealthy and it doesn’t help when I eat too many sugars and fats. This is why I think I personally need a better physical health. In these four dimensions intellectual, emotional, social, and occupational I believe i keep them well balanced. For example my social life is well maintained because I hang with others including family and friends daily, also doing that it helps me keep my emotional health in a balanced spot, then my intellectual health is good because I’m always trying to learn new things, finally my occupational health is balanced because I feel satisfied with my work and enjoy most of my responsibilities. These four dimensions all connect greatly. I live a very healthy spiritual health due to practicing of my religions plus practices of other religions. I daily
