The terms and conditions of your employment are a statement and instruction of what the employer's expect of their staff and your job description. Employer's expect their staff to read and follow the policy and procedures that the home have. to attend all training and update they have and to attend supervision and any obserations.

To follow the practice within my role i would need to put everything that i have learnt in my training into my role for example protecting the rights and promote the interests of services users and carers. To maintain the trust and confidence of the service users and carers. Promoting independence of the service users while protecting them as far as possible from danger or harm. Respect the rights of service users whilst seeking to ensure that their behaviour does not harm themselves or other people.
B) Not carrying out the requirements of my role.
By not carry out the requirements of my role could cause a atmosphere within the staff making the morale of the staff low which can cause a conflict of managerment. which can then affect the service users with the home putting their well being and safety at risk.
