A gentleman from Holland pleaded guilty from the wrongdoing of defraud investors. He pleaded the fifth amendment when sentenced to defend Arvel Ray Henderson II. A witness, Mark O. Wittenmyer, was called to the stand by Mr. Henderson’s defense council. U.S District Judge Jeffrey Helmick said that saying specific details about the event may go against him in court and warned Wittenmyer to be careful of what he says.The judge was so cautious because Wittenmyer did not have an appeal during this case and wanted him to be careful so that he does not incriminate himself.
