Dear Arandeep,
I am writing this letter to you, because I don’t what to do. I am really scared that my use of heroin is out of control. I feel pressured my friends to be a part of the drug scene. I see people in the media using drugs for pleasure. When I’m high on drugs, I forget all of my problems and school is unimportant. I dropped out of sports and I do whatever I can to get money for my drugs. I don’t feel like I can talk to anyone about this. Can you help me?
Sincerely,
Desperate
Dear Desperate,
I have read your letter and I recommend that you go to a nearby drug center for treatment or inform a teacher, parent or your regional cop for some advice or for help on finding this drug center. Heroin is a drug with dangerous long term affects including addictions, abscesses, arthritis, collapsed veins, bacterial infection and also infectious diseases. I suggest you get some help before any of these occur with you, as many long terms affects heroin has it also has many short term affects. Including lack of emoticon, reduced appetite, headaches, constipation, impaired night vision and many more effects to your health and body. Did you know that over half of the accidental deaths occur because of drug overdose? Heroin isn’t legal in Canada if you get caught with possession of heroin you could be fined up to $1000 and six months in jail if
