The year 2008 was the toughest year for most Americas, 2.6 million people lost their job and my mother was one of them. How did the 2008 economic crash affect people? When people started losing their job they started to lose their homes, savings, and pretty much everything they had. Before everything crashed my mother didn’t have and debt today she has well over $30,000 remaining.
