“Fahrenheit 451” by Ray Bradbury expresses the society of a technological driven world. Bradbury’s novel was published in 1953, and although it was made over 50 years ago it still remains a relevant social commentary on the problems we have in our society today. Blinded by the government and banishment of books has this society on its knees lacking knowledge. In this society the people feel protected not knowing what exists outside the city. These people don't think before they act. This brings me to the conclusion that although Fahrenheit 451 was written before our times it is extremely accurate to the society we live in today and is a perfect warning to us if this continues.

They don't understand what war is they are in the shadows. They censor too much for them to feel scared. Although we still see videos and writings from war we don't see the danger in them. We can only imagine what happens and as we get older the department of censorship will have taken over and we wouldn't be able to see what really happens only imagine.
The final problem of their society is the kids, although we don't know a lot we know that they are dangerous thanks to Clarisse as she states “ I don't like kids my age they kill each other”. Now although our world’s kids don't kill each other there is bother cause for death and it is the leading case of death and that is suicide. Now we later find out that Clarisse had died because of these kids and that they were trying to kill Montag too. And our society's kids aren't that bad but we are similar bullying is the number one case for suicide and if you cause the suicide aren't you killing them.
