The employer has to provide a workplace for the employees which are free from hazards and dangers. The employer has make sure that employees are using safe equipment and using it correctly. The employer should also place signs or warnings of possible hazards. The employer should enroll in a safety class which talks about how people can be safe during a incident in the workplace. For example, many workplaces have warnings and signs for incidents that could occur in the work area.
