I have three daughters who are all a product of the millennials generations. I often find myself saying, “Where did you guys come from?” You think you know everything, and don’t seem to care about nothing. The same goes for the four co-workers ages 24-32. Whenever you try and explain something to them, their first reaction is I already know. So my question is, “if you know, why aren’t you doing it?” They seem to all have the same “I don’t care” look on their faces. James Sheehy is so right with his findings regard working in the fast-food restaurant with his younger counterparts.
