When I look at the history of Kings Dominion the only theme park in the Richmond, VA area, there were several things that kept the theme park afloat.
According to the history of the park I noticed throughout the decades the park added more attractions and due to the advancement in technology the park changed its look and the manufacturing of their rides to fit the modern time. For instance in the 1980’s Kings Dominion added a stand up roller coaster to their list and in current time Kings Dominion has one of the top steel rollercoasters in the world.
