Sitting in the center of my family’s only table is the paper mountain from hell that never seems to recede. As it is an every looming source of stress. My wife and I have mastered the art of acting as if it were invisible. We make plan after plan on how to get through it. We have started the process more times than I can count, yet there it sits. The monster of procrastination and dread. At first we blamed it on the fact that we did not have money to pay the bills, so why depress ourselves with the reality? We decided once again to ignore the mountain (that was growing exponentially) because we don’t like to fight. Then, because we are nothing if not tenacious with this issue, we decided that it was due to lack of time because of our small children and we both work full time and beyond. Finally we figured it out. What we needed was a $300 piece of computer hardware to organize it all for us. All we have to do is scan it and the Neat does the rest (mind you these are all unpaid bills that need sorting).
