- Increase sales as before the opening of rival store.
- Increase quality of customer service.
2. Facility goal
- Renew lease contract at current place.
- Remodel and redesign the store.
3. Financial goal
- Set up financial system to assist in controlling budget and money well.
- Ask new-appoint manager for following and setting up the financial management well.
4. Promotion policy goal
- Establish the promotion policy for sale area.
- Depend on working performance standard of employees to give a promotion at the end of the year.
5. Training goal
- Organize training course for employees at all stores twice per year.
- Provide and update information about products, new market trend of customers, sale skills.
6. Decrease additional cost goal
- Stop personal calling at work of the store which had the more bill.
- Have a meeting with all store managers about personal call at work and unify a new policy about it.
