The Nicaraguan government gave the farming lands to people of Miskito Indian. The companies challenge were to bring labors to work for them in the Miskito villages, not only the companies also, wanted to make sure that those labors will stay there and continue to work as long as those companies wanted them. Theses companies had structural working levels, at the top poisons, managements, and policy markets were American-White people and at work- place “ skilled” level the companies filled those positions mostly with black West Indian.

Therefore, the word machete was the identical recognition for them rather than just name of type a job. Although, the Spaniard was not originally Miskito like machete men. The referring was based on geographical distinguish of pacific, which is more Miskito and the Atlantic cost which are Spaniard from. The true Miskito tried to distinguish with the Indian root people, the machete men, because the Miskito believed that the Indian did not have the rural ordination and the Indian did not have the preform that could sort the labor. Eventually, the social identification and ethnic identification were crosscutting when some someone wanted to represent as “Porteno.” Later on when new companies replace the oldest ones, they made changes on the workers policy. The new companies made strict residential rules. With the new rule the workers whom white American and their families lived inside the fenced area also, known as zone, which is well constructed housing and provided by water and electricity. The industrial installations of the companies were located in the zone. Anther distinguish that created by the companies was the living standers for their workers. For instance, the White American was living in high quality standers where is water and electricity while the other workers were living in very low quality places. These facts led to creation gaps among the workers. For example the North American manger preferred to deal with English speakers people rather than Creoles or Miskito.
