But what would happen is I would eventually be distracted and stop studying. This took a toll with my grades and HW. I ended up getting low test scores and forgetting to finish my HW. With all this happening this eventually caused me to become stressed. Luckily I decided that I needed to change my habits because I would be going to college. Now that I'm in college I have changed my habit of multitasking when doing more difficult tasks. This allows me to concentrate in the one task that Im trying to perform. In conclusion, multitasking takes too much toll on the brain. It is important that people are focused on just one task. Its a practice that should be done only when performing small tasks that don't require much usage of the brain. People should focus on the more important things and avoid multitasking especially when doing some of the harder task.We shouldn't be focused on how much we get done when multitasking but rather focus on just one
