The first intervention was implemented on March 10 -11, 2014; it included 13 teacher trainees. They were two males and 11 females (see Table 3). The training was conducted over two days, six hours per day, for a total of 12 hours. Almost half of the group was in the age range 26-30 (see Table 4). No one had received the tablet training before. The training participants were grade seven teachers at SKN who teach in different subjects, both core classes (including science, math, Thai, English, social studies, computer) and other classes (see Table 5). She then distributed the pre-questionnaire (see Appendix A) asking all participants to do self-assessment of their technology computer skills and basic demographics. In the first three hours of the training, she inspired the trainees by introducing the role of tablet technology in digital education. She pointed out the key factors of tablet usage and tips for better teaching with the tablet.
