In “Sleeping in the forest” by Mary Olive it sounds as if it’s a bird, that comes back repeatedly, at night, and in the woods; both are different because one is based off a tree ‘singing’ its song the other is about an animal of some sort coming back to one tree repeatedly. This paragraph overall proves my thesis statement because I said I was going to compare and contrast to see if the poets had the same writing style, while I was writing I was thinking that they are two different poets so they can’t have the same writing style, can they?
