A lone shriek rang through the ears of the mundane villagers of Eardisley. The villagers simply got back to whatever repetitious activity they had been doing for the last 50 or more years, they knew better than to go running to help Emily Geller who was probably only having trouble picking out what to wear for the day. After seeing the police drive up the precipitous hill to the Lemore Manor, some of the villagers even decided to take the precarious walk to the banshee's Manor. As the first group of villagers opened the doors to the Manor, the ground stood still as the chandelier trembled nanoseconds later screams and shouts pervaded the entire house. Emily was found blabbering to the police about how someone stole her precious, antique Perierat…show more content… Crouching down it takes a minute for everything to fall into place for Carter, the back of the painting read 'The Perierat Painting by James Danes to the Geller's.' Taking a couple of pictures of the painting on her polaroid Carter flips them over once they're developed and quickly scribbled some things. Taking the painting Carter placed it in the boot of her car which she had previously parked closely to Tara's cottage. Accompanied by the polaroids she rushed back to the Lemore Manor in a frantic state in search for Emily. Carter began to explain everything to Emily after having found her. Carter launched with how she coveted searching Taras cottage after receiving her address, and how during snooping the cottage she found a couple of polaroids with an address in Liverpool, Carter then handed the polaroids over to Emily who was clenching her nearly white fists.. Carter then offered to drive to Liverpool to track down the painting and simultaneously call Tara to her. Emily pleased with what Carter had accomplished so far gave her half of her income from the case and enough money to go to Liverpool and back.
