Leadership is a positive influence on people who are being led. Leadership is about setting the tone, motivating, inspiring, thinking big, mastering any approach, and persuading others to never give up when those around them feel like quitting. My personal leadership vision is seeing how well or how big the impact i made in the world helps others and leaving a legacy that they would follow years from now. I am an activator.
