In most schools students start fairly early in the morning after most student can't get a solid eight hours of sleep because after school activities trying to maintain a social life and homework are harder to all balance than people say. starting school later could not only show improvement in grades but also in attitudes in students and teachers.
Teens are full of potential, so so tired. Each person has their own need for sleep. This need may vary from person to person Teens are at an important stage of their growth and development. Because this they need more sleep than adults. The average teen needs about nine hours of sleep each night to feel well rested.

all those things can also help with school work and test score as students won't be worried about the next time they will see the back of their eyelids and can focus on writing that paper or studying for a test it prove that starting school later will help student. while there are many pros for starting school later there are also cons. such as getting out way later, no chance for after school activities that are out door or just in general because it is so late in the day. also many parents and student might be against the change because it will be to dramatic to change and leave a lot of kids stranded. starting school later is definitely something to
