PARTIES AND JURISDICTION
1. Plaintiff, STEVEN OLIVA [hereinafter “Plaintiff” or “Mr. Oliva”], was at all times relevant hereto, a resident of the State of California, County of Riverside, and an employee of Defendants, and each of them, at the CHARTER COMMUNICATIONS, INC., from May 8, 2006, until his wrongful termination on April 14, 2017.

Plaintiff has filed EEOC/ DFEH charge number 480-2017-02287N, and received Notices of Right to Sue in those charge numbers, and he has alleged, in part, that the Defendant’s termination of him violated 42 U.S.C. §2000e, 42 U.S.C. §1981, Cali. Laws Civ. §§51, et seq. and Gov. Code §12940 et seq. (See Exhibit A – EEOC Notice to Right to Sue)

Plaintiff is informed and believes that DOE Defendants 1 through 50 are California residents and/or parents, subsidiaries, and/or sister corporations to Defendant Employer, and/or individuals responsible for the acts complained of herein. Plaintiff will amend this Complaint to show such true names and capacities when they been determined. Plaintiff alleges all known and unknown Defendants, and all named Defendants, including corporate and individual Defendants and all their affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, their successors in interest, joint venture participants, partners, and their employees and/or agents, thereof (collectively, the "Company", the “Employer”), acted on behalf of, and for the benefit of, at the direction of, and under the control of, and in conspiracy with, each and every Defendant, known
