Although the gangs are not an important part of the history they do play a significant role that is untold when it comes to the world of art. All gangs in one form or another have very detailed tattoo work that is art at its finest. Prison tattoos on these inmates is a form art that is used to communicate among the gangs members by signifying who they are and who they are associated with.
