I will keep track of the medical conditions, closely observe the symptoms and the changes in the health condition of the patient, keep its record and give a report to the doctor. I have to effectively communicate about the condition of the patient with their family members, give support to them and also answer all their questions related to their treatment. Along with undertaking the responsibilities of the nurse, I also have to manage and supervise a group of registered nurses who are assigned under me. I would check to see whether all the nurses are performing their job responsibilities properly and also help create some strategies or steps for improving the services provided by the registered nurse. I also have to keep a track of the development of the patient and also give the emotional support to the patient undergoing a certain treatment.
