As Vice President of Spartan Youth Service (SYS), I was responsible for organizing SPIRIT Day. This was an annual day of community service where 250 students volunteered at local schools or community organizations. SPIRIT Day was traditionally organized by two SYS board members, but the entire responsibility fell on my shoulders. I initially considered resigning from my position. However, I realized that stressful situations were an inevitable aspect of life, so I accepted the challenge.
