Kids should be allowed to take their service dogs to school since it is both rightful and helpful to them. Starting off, the school that a seven-year-old handicapped child attends goes against “the American Disabilities Act, [that] Majesty can accompany Zachary in school” (Parker 2). The law states that it is possible for children to bring their service canines to school; however, the districts are defying this and the kids’ rights. It is not fair for Zachary that he cannot get the support he needs from his service dog because the school is not giving him the right that he should have.
