Overstaff or Understaff
The eighth staffing level is if the Tanglewood Company is either overstaffed or is it understaffed. In our opinion we feel that Tanglewood is overstaffed. We think that if we decreawsse the number of employees of Tanglewood and increasing the responsibility staffing, training in every department that will make the atmosphere a stronger place and job performance in a shorter time which will save the Tanglewood Company a lot of money.
9. Short or Long-Term Focus
Since the main reason of Tanglewood is now to expand the company. When setting a goal for Tanglewood was not hard it was trying to focus on how to achieve the goal. Tanglewoods biggest goal is to expend the company and to get more clients. Our focus is to have a long term focus because it would be the only way for Tanglewood to be successful in expanding their company more. This means that the human resource is doing a great job.
