I bet most people have definitely heard of the show Saturday Night Live. Tina Fey is the first female writer in SNL history to write for Saturday Night Live. She has written many tv shows such as, “30 Rock” and “Sisters” as well as the very popular movie “Mean Girls”. In the Leaving a Legacy Unit, Tina Fey has written many great tv shows and movies that have been big hits, and is leaving a legacy on women and comedy in the world. Tina Fey is one of many famous female comedians and has written many tv shows and movies throughout her carrier.
Tina Fey was born in 1970 in upper Darby, Pennsylvania. Her birth name is Elizabeth Stamatina Fey. When Tina was little she was in an alley by herself when someone came up and cut her in the face with a knife. The scar from that cut is her signature scar she carries today. Tina considered herself as a “supernerd” during high school and college. She worked at the YMCA to start herself off and started Second City’s first set of courses.
