Shamera is a 31yo, G4 P3003, who is being followed closely for twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome due to the presence of a monochorionic/diamniotic twin gestation. Overall on today’s assessment she has no complaints. She did have some issues with constipation but our changes and treatment have improved and she states that it is much better. She also has no symptoms of a UTI. She is sickle cell trait positive but the father of the baby was tested and was negative. Currently on today’s assessment she has positive fetal movement. She still does have occasional contractions but nothing regular.
