Introduction
Working with and leading people is a significant subject for every business persons. Because it explains how to lead effectively. The aim is to achieve certain sympathetic in recruitment, and selection processes legal and ethical issues, building fruitful teams, styles and impact of leadership, performance monitoring and assessment.
1.1 Write the Recruitment Procedure, job description and person specification to select and recruit a new Business tutor
If a company don’t have the right staff with the right skills that business won’t make sufficient products to pleased client requirements. This is why every business must classify their upcoming staffing requirements. For example, a company may develop strategies to recruit a new business teacher when the present one plans to give up work in 1 year.
A recruitment process is an organization – specific style of having the right person, in the right place, at the right time. Recruitment is a very serious activity, but it is not only for the HR team but also for line directors who are increasingly involved in the selection process. It helps create a pool of future staffs for the organisation so that the organisation can select the right applicant for the right job from this pool. The chief objective of the recruitment process is to expedite the selection process. Recruitment process includes a methodical process from sourcing the applicants to arranging the conducting the interviews and requires numerous capitals and time.
Recruiting staffs with the right skills can add value to a business and recruiting employees at a wage or salary that the business can afford will decrease costs. Staffs must then be carefully selected, managed and retained, just like any other resource.
