The layout of the Scoring Rubric look OK, I would probably place the exercise sheet first showing the Task, Conditions and Standards, followed by the grading sheet and finally the complete score sheet. I know the graders can comprehend the layout easily, but I always like to think about having to present the matrix to an appeal judge or auditor.

Criteria Scale:
This section appears to be broken into two primary sections, the first section accounts for 30% of the grade and the second section accounting for 70% of the grade. Within the first primary section there are three sub-sections using a scoring of 0-3, It is not clear to me how these sections are being scored. Sub-section 1 has nine questions, Subsection 2 has thirteen questions and subsection 3 has eight questions with two questions grayed out. Are the question a YES/NO score or is each question a 0-3 score, is each question weighted for a certain section. There needs to be clearer written instruction on how exactly this page is to be scored.

On the TV show “Dancing with the stars” one judge will give a “7” while a different judge will give a “9”, both judges are watching the same dance. Is the test looking for a “Mean average” between the judges or is there a list of scoring ranges based on acceptable criteria? I think a “judging list” showing examples of the ranges would be more objective then the current subjective evaluation. What is the difference between a 6 & 8 on proper color balance or proper composition, both can be rather subjective. for instance, if I send in a CD of images for evaluation, can you assure me all three judges have the same calibrated monitor as I
