The year is 1893. I was one of the many prominent Americans that were asked to predict how life will be in the 1990’s in the preparation for the World’s Columbian Exposition in Chicago. Just in my years of being alive I have seen so many knew things being invented and improved. Americans are finally finding ways to compromise between their traditional ideals and the new technology. I can only dream of how America will be like in 1993. I believe that transportation will be much safer, working life will be more efficient, communication will be quicker, agriculture will differ, and military will be stronger.
Transportation will no longer be horses, railroads, or steamboats. I believe that transportation will be faster, cheaper, and for fewer passengers.
