. On January 1, 2009, the juvenile was charged with Underage Consumption of Alcohol (m1), Disorderly Conduct (mm), and Criminal Damaging (m4) by the Los Angeles Police Department. This incident centered around a New Year’s Eve party thrown by several juveniles. Everyone at the party was drinking. The Juvenile’s blood-alcohol level was .7. Once intoxicated, the juvenile took rocks and began throwing them at the house next door. Betty White, the next door neighbor, sustained $1000 worth of damage. The juvenile then began to vomit uncontrollably. The neighbor, Ms. White, then called the police. Once the police arrived, the juvenile was belligerent and uncooperative.

The juvenile was charged in Los Angeles County Juvenile Court with Underage Consumption of Alcohol (m1), Disorderly Conduct (mm), and Criminal Damaging (m4). The juvenile pled at his second pretrial on February 1, 2009. The juvenile was not incarcerated pending his trial, but remained in the custody of his parents on parental house arrest. b. 2nd referral- Devon Williams, juvenile, was referred again to the Los Angeles County Prosecutor’s Office, your office, on March 2, 2006, by the Los Angeles Police Department in regard to the delinquent act of petty theft (m1). The juvenile’s case was handled formally. The juvenile was ordered to have good behavior, mandatory school attendance, and attend victim awareness.
