The juvenile was charged in Los Angeles County Juvenile Court with Underage Consumption of Alcohol (m1), Disorderly Conduct (mm), and Criminal Damaging (m4). The juvenile pled at his second pretrial on February 1, 2009. The juvenile was not incarcerated pending his trial, but remained in the custody of his parents on parental house arrest.
