1st John was written by John to believers sometime in the 90-95 A.D. era. The letter focuses mainly on an attempt to assure believers of salvation. With this assurance there are some points that need to be taken into consideration. First and foremost, we have to officially believe in our heart and mind that God is Jesus and Jesus is God. In the first verse of 1John it tells us that in the beginning was the word, the word was with God and the word was God. So, here we can conclude, by this passage, there is a trinity. It’s one of the few places in the Bible we can draw the trinity from. It is my personal and Biblical belief that if a person does not believe in the trinity, they do not believe in the same God, the true living God, the one and only God, I believe in. From the very first passage we see there are several contradiction’s with other religions. We, simply by taking this verse and dissecting it can see that the big bang theory is out of the question, scientology can’t exist and atheism is just plain stupid (which is exactly what means in Latin is). In the beginning was the Word, it the first verse states. Then to follow with, the Word was God and the word is God. See, if there is ever a story to be written it has to start with a creator. There is no way we can create a book device without a creator. On a human level, let’s take the cell phone you use, if you use a flip phone, this isn’t really for you, but for those who use smartphones; Android and hopefully not IPhone, the technology that backs the device is literally mind blowing to a person who is not the designer. Think about it, you can take 1080p video, super panoramic pictures, upload videos and pictures, play video games
