How many times do you hear about someone being in trouble with the law for speaking their personal beliefs or religion? Its pretty common to hear about protesters being arrested for speaking out. Now I understand there are different scenarios where It's understandable to stop protesters, such as if they start being violent or breaking laws.I believe someone shouldn't be stopped for speaking their opinion, because we have the 1st amendment that's supposed to protect our rights of speech, religion, assembly and the press. Due to the way our country is handling people speaking out it seems we are slowly losing our 1st amendment.
