After watching the video "21st Century Skills Assessment" and reviewing the rubrics and assessment listed, I believe one of the areas in which I need improvement on is technology skills and media literacy. Since I am a physical education teacher, it has been difficult to implement technology during class time. There have been some lessons where I use videos or music videos to help teach kids about dance or help give them motivation. I believe that I can improve in this area by using different technology sources. For example, in this class, I learned that I can implement technology and media literacy by doing a flipped classroom. I now feel confident enough to use this amazing resource to help my students learn about physical education.

One of my strengths would have to be creativity and innovation. In a physical education classroom, students must partake in lessons that keep them engaged. I believe that I have researched and created many lessons in which students can participate in fun and exciting activities. If I do not create creative lessons my students will just sit down during class and will not participate in the lesson.

When students participate in a project-based learning lesson, they will be assessed on the 4Cs which critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and creativity are. One lesson I could use is to have students create a workout plan. By having students create a workout plan they will need to collaborate to come up with workouts they can use for this plan, communicate about why this workout plan is beneficial to a person's health, critically think about how they will implement this workout plan for this specific person, and creatively design this workout plan.
