The 28th Amendment in the constitution of the United States of America deals with the minimum wage of a work place. It denies the law of minimum wage of $7.25 and increases the minimum wage to $15.50. The 28th Amendment is the most current Constitutional Amendment to have been ratified, which occurred on February 9, 1994. The 28th Amendment proposal was agreed on August 14th, 1790.
The 28th amendment is important to the citizens of the United States of America as it address most of their crucial concerns. The purpose of creating the 28th Amendment was to decrease the weight of poverty. This restriction was necessary because no one working full time should still get paid $7.25, that is unacceptable. Full time workers deserve what they work for.
