In my opinion, success in College does not require getting straight A’s in all my classes or finishing top of the class; college is a place where I expect to learn what my passion is, study it, and learn how to get connections in order for me to find a good job which suits me and creates a career around it. It is important to find out what my passion is because it would allow me to pursue a career that I enjoy. Making connections and acquiring strong social skills are necessary in college because once I leave college these skills will enable me to find a job more easily. A degree is what establishes my credibility, my ethos, and without this, no one would believe that I am knowledgeable in a certain area. My degree is proof that I graduated from college and understand my knowledge in a specific area.
