I’m a nonassertive person, more of a quiet person. I usually stay out of other people’s conflict and ignore what people say to me. I prefer to avoid conflict and rather not express my feeling to anyone. I don’t fight to win in a conflict or confront anyone of any kind or problem, which is not my personality. Even when conflict comes between me and anyone I rather let them win and talk about me. I tense to calm myself down easily and ignore the situation. If they’re wrong or I’m wrong in a conflict I’ll never fight to be the right person and take the winning name. I fear that the problem I cause may affect everyone that is around me. Conflicts usually start when one start to react with everything that’s around them. Our human attitude toward conflict is very strong it can change according to the environment and emotions. Most of all, our anger came from anxiety, depression, sadness, tension, stress, and illness.
Part of our attitude came from our childhood and how we were taught when we’re young. When my sibling and I were young, we were very poor. We learned how to love and care for one and another, growing up we found ourselves as one. We don’t argue, but more on the same page. I believed my attitude now is how I was raised and taught when I was young.
Attitude is part of me every day, it help me look at life the moment I wake up every morning to the moment I go to sleep every night, learn from my mistakes and never make them again. Have a positive attitude, a positive personal life and be professional this will keep me strong and stress free. We all have the free well to act and how to control our life, but if we learn how to speak the right way we’ll learn how to settle our thinking and feeling toward others. Always work with a positive attitude, this is the best way to maintain a positive attitude and stay healthy. One best way for me is to have plans for my short and long term goals, it’ll be easier to accomplish and achieve them; every step I take it’ll take me closer to my goals. I learn
