In the year 2000 Espn made many predictions of the upcoming sport years and I believe some of these predictions that where made came true or close to it, and some where very far off. In 2000 they predicted that in 2010 the Saints to still be the laughing stock of the NFL, I disagree with this because of the Peyton era starting in 2006 which was a huge turn around for them. In NBA it was said that people would still be looking for the next Michel Jordan, in this case I find it very untrue and in fact maybe looking for some sort of other kind of plays such as Kobe, and with Michel Jordan training, and maybe coming back and playing at such a old age might taint his past. The next year is 2050, where Espn is predicting that everything is going to be about drugs and substances that everyone is every sport are going to be taking to be the best at their sport, and that some sports will just let it go and say whatever goes, goes. I disagree with this mainly because I think there are people out there that love the sport they watch because of the competition and the fairness, with all these drugs and second hand factors predicting the outcome of a competitions it ruins it completely and I don’t think people will let it go that far.
